Souvenaid® Cappuccino Recipe Ideas

CAPPUCCINO PUDDING
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Cappuccino 125ml bottle
½ cup plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon chocolate powder or syrup*
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a glass or serving bowl.
3. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm.
4. Serve with your choice of garnish.
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: Add another teaspoon of chocolate power for an extra treat.
Mocha Delight Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Cappuccino 125ml bottle
1 teaspoon chocolate cacao powder*
½ cup natural yoghurt
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: If your looking for a real chocolate hit, swap out the cacao powder for hot chocolate powder or chocolate syrup.


Nutty Espresso Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Cappuccino 125ml bottle
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ medium sized banana*
¼ cup rolled oats
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: Why not try adding frozen banana slices to the blend instead – this will help give it the smooth and creamy taste you won’t be able to resist.
Cappuccino Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Cappuccino 125ml Bottle
1½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ medium sized banana, chopped
1 teaspoon honey
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and stir.
2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. Serve with your choice of fresh fruit and sliced almonds.*
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: If you’re a coffee lover, then try serving it with a shot of coffee and crushed peanuts over the top.

Souvenaid® Vanilla Recipe Ideas

RAISIN OAT COOKIE TREAT
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
⅓ cup oats
½ medium sized banana*
1 tablespoon raisins
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl or glass and enjoy!
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: Use a frozen banana and a chilled bottle of Souvenaid for a cooler treat.
Maple Overnight Oats
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
¼ cup low fat milk
1 cup rolled oats
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ tablespoon chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
½ medium sized banana, sliced*
1 tablespoon peanut butter*
1 teaspoon maple syrup
¼ cup pecans
Method
1. In a small bowl combine oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, Souvenaid® and milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Before serving, microwave sliced bananas and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20 seconds. Add to overnight oats.
3. Then top with pecans and a drizzle of maple syrup.
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: Not everyone loves peanut butter, but an easy switch for half a cup blueberries will make this the sweetest treat ever. Blend the blueberries and sliced bananas together and serve over the top of the overnight oats.


Apple Pie Surprise Smoothie
Ingredients

2 fresh pitted dates
½ medium sized green apple (peeled or unpeeled)
¼ medium sized banana*
¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder

Green Sensation Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
1 medium sized green apple (peeled or unpeeled)
1 tablespoon avocado
½ kiwi

Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

*Tip: Green smoothies aren’t for everyone, but adding just half a cup of frozen berries will help tone down the flavour of those nutritious greens.


Tropical Sunset Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Vanilla 125ml bottle
¼ cup frozen or fresh mango
½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple
Pulp of one medium passionfruit
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Tip: If your wanting a bit more tang, serve with additional passionfruit pulp over the top.
Souvenaid® Strawberry Recipe Ideas
STRAWBERRY SUNSHINE
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Strawberry 125ml bottle
½ cup plain yoghurt
¼ cup tinned peach slices, drained*
1 medium banana
3 strawberries
1 tablespoon almonds, or nut of choice
2 extra strawberries, sliced
1 teaspoon shredded coconut
1 teaspoon seeds of choice
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a serving bowl or glass.
3. Top with extra strawberries, shredded coconut and seeds.
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: Mix up the flavours by adding in your tinned fruit of choice.


Strawberry Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Strawberry 125ml bottle
5 strawberries, chopped
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
Method
- Chop strawberries into small pieces.
- Add chopped strawberries, Souvenaid®, chia seeds and desiccated Coconut into a small bowl and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve with your choice of fresh fruit or granola.*
Makes 1 serve.
*Tip: For an irresistible strawberry taste serve with strawberry compote which is easy to make. Place 7 strawberries and 1 teaspoon of maple syrup in a small pot and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes or until it thickens. Then set aside to cool before serving over the top.
Tropical Berry Smoothie
Ingredients

150ml orange juice
1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
3 large sprigs of mint
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.
Tip: For a delicious creamy texture add half a cup of fresh or frozen mango to the blend.


Breakfast Delight Smoothie
Ingredients

½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
5 almonds
¼ cup oats
¼ cup natural yoghurt
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes 1 serve.
Tip: Instead of enjoying as a smoothie, serve it up in a bowl and garnish with granola, shredded coconut and mixed berries for a delicious breakfast treat.
Very Berry popsicle
Ingredients
1 Souvenaid® Strawberry 125ml bottle
½ cup frozen mixed berries
Method
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an ice block mold.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
Makes 1 serve.
Tip: If you want a more fruit textured popsicle, don’t blend the mixture and instead hand mix the berries and Souvenaid® together.
